Problem Drinking
Has liquor been a constant
companion lately? Have you noticed if you have been taking
alcoholic beverages more than usual? Has the taste been so
intoxicating that you cannot help but go for more rounds of beer,
wine or brandy? Do you prefer to embrace a glass of strong,
soothing and icy liquor rather than talking to your family members
or friends whenever something is bothering you? How about if
you are asked to talk fronting a crowd, does a boost of alcohol
pump your system and take the shyness away? Well you might be
suffering from problem drinking.
Persons with
problem drinking are labeled as those who excessively drink
alcoholic beverages to the point that they could no longer control
their actions and eventually, their social life falls down to the
level that is no longer socially pleasing. Authorities as anybody
who is doing any of the following described problem

Problem drinking is also not
difficult to spot since it comes with obvious signs. These are the
following:

You tend to skip classes or work
because you are drunk, have hung over or still have the time of
your life drinking

You drink during dates
-
To build confidence especially in
social gatherings, you prefer to drown your system with
alcohol

You like to drink
alone
-
You can do things that you can't
do when you are normal and you feel important when you are
drunk

Some friends have left or are
starting to avoid you since you started on this vice
-
You prefer to be with people who
drink more than your former friends can
-
You have been hospitalized or
arrested due to drunken behavior
If you have noticed any of these signs in your self, better get
